Eight steps from payment to your first published piece. Under 2 hours of your time in total, and nothing goes out until you say so.
What happens, in order
Checkout
Create your account, name your workspace, pick a tier and pay the onboarding fee. Your interview can start in the same sitting.
Research
Daybeat reads your website, your blog and the social accounts linked from it, and drafts a summary of what it learned. You confirm or correct it in the interview rather than reciting it.
Interview
A chat, not a form. It covers your offer, your customers, how you sound etc. Pause and resume on any device. If you would rather talk to a person, choose the team interview at checkout.
Your brand pack
Your interview answers become your unique brand in Daybeat. Every piece Daybeat writes is checked against it. Your interview answers also guide the images that Daybeat creates on your behalf, your image guidelines can be updated any time.
Connect your channels
Step-by-step connection for your website, LinkedIn, email platform and social accounts, with plain instructions on what access each needs. Ask us to do it with you, or skip it and connect later. Any channel you do not have can be set to export instead.
Pick your first topic
Daybeat proposes three topics grounded in your pack. Pick one. If none fits, tell it what you would rather cover and it proposes three more.
Review your first cluster
The full cluster arrives in your review queue: blog post, social posts and email, matched to the channels your business uses. Approve each piece, make a light edit, or type what you want changed. Two rounds of changes are included; if you need more, ask for help and a person picks it up.
Approve and go live
Approving your first cluster makes your workspace live. Your subscription starts now, your first month's calendar is proposed, and your first cluster is scheduled.
Most of these steps wait for you, not for us. Go as fast or as slowly as you like; nothing recurs until step 8.
Every word approved by you first.
Every word and every pixel is approved by you before it publishes. One-click approve, add a light edit, or a plain-English change request. Add your own genuine photos wherever you want.
What we need from you
Your website address, if you have one. About 45 minutes for the interview, in as many sittings as you like. Admin access to the channels you want Daybeat to publish to, or the name of the person who has it. A decision on your first topic and your first cluster.
Under 2 hours in total. After that, the job is approving what arrives.
Marketing plan: "when things quieten down". They never do.
Start the interview this week
Nothing recurs until you approve your first cluster. If you have not gone live after 14 days, it starts then. No minimum term after that.
